Advance purchase of Disabled Access tickets is essential to ensure a comfortable experience.

Our venue features accessible and companion seating, along with ADA cart services within the Austin360 Amphitheater gates for any ADA mobility needs. Guests are invited to stop by the Guest Services Tent to request transportation assistance from the entrance gates to a drop off location near their seats. Shuttle bus service will be available post-event from the gate to parking lots. If you have specific ADA needs, please visit our Guest Services Tent for further assistance.


For patrons with current government issued ADA credentials who require ADA parking, they may park in Lots A, B, C, D, or H provided that space is available. No additional requirement outside of valid ADA credential and availability would be needed to access the ADA parking spot.

Drop Off

Circuit of The Americas and Austin360 Amphitheater have available drop off/pick up areas in Lots B & D. Patrons would inform the parking attendant at each entrance to allow them passage into accessible lanes. Also offered are continuous Parking Lot shuttle services that can accommodate ADA parties throughout the tenure of the event.


The Austin360 Amphitheater has specially adapted restroom facilities for guests who use wheelchairs, which are located in Restroom B next to the permanent concession stands on the north side of the Grand Plaza, Buildings H1 and H2 located on either side of the stage, as well as ADA port-o-lets located throughout the venue.

Assistance Animals

Assistance animals are permitted and admitted into Circuit of The Americas. Each assistance animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If any assistance animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include seating rearrangements or removal of the animal from the facility.

Sign Language Interpreter Requests

The Austin360 Amphitheater is happy to provide ASL interpreters for concerts upon request. Please contact us prior to ticket purchase so we can accommodate your needs and advise you on the best seating for the show you are attending. Requests need to be made no later than three weeks prior to the concert date.
