HOW DO I PAY FOR PARKING AND WHAT DOES IT COST?

Standard parking is included in the price of the ticket for all amphitheater shows, unless otherwise noted. You can purchase upgraded parking to park closer to the entrance gates online via the Ticketmaster link on an event's page, or for cash day-of while space lasts.

If you purchased upgraded parking in advance, please print out your pass and place it on the driver-side dashboard as you enter into the parking lots.

Parking lots will open one hour prior to main gates, unless otherwise noted.


CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT?

Austin360 Amphitheater is located on multiple acres of land, with a parking area dedicated to overnight RV guests and dry camping. To purchase an overnight option, click the Overnight RV link on an event's page under the Parking section.

Unless otherwise listed for a show, guests who have purchased an overnight parking option may arrive starting at noon on the day of the event, and must vacate the property the following day by noon.


WHERE CAN I DROP OFF A CONCERT-GOER AND PICK THEM UP FROM LATER?

The designated passenger drop-off and pick-up area for concerts is located across from Lot B and marked with a Taxi Drop-Off sign. For the safety of all guests, only this area may be used for dropping off and picking up passengers.


WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE?

The following items WILL NOT be permitted within the gates of the venue. In addition to items specifically listed here, other items that may be deemed to present a potential hindrance or threat may also be prohibited.

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Animals (exception for certified service animals)
  • Bags or parcels larger than 12x12x20 inches
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, golf carts or other unauthorized means of transportation
  • Cameras with detachable lenses or attached lenses longer than 3 inches - cameras must be able to fit in front shirt pocket (Camera policies are dictated by the artist and are subject to change on a show-by-show basis)
  • Camera tripods, GoPros, and selfie sticks
  • Coolers, thermoses or ice chests
  • Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material
  • Food and beverage (Note: sealed, individual, plastic bottles of water are allowed - one per person)
  • Fireworks, explosives or other incendiary devices
  • Glass or metal containers of any style
  • Illegal substances
  • Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (balls, frisbees, balloons projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
  • Large umbrellas
  • Lawn chairs with legs taller than 6"
  • Tarps
  • Tents or canopies
  • Video cameras, GoPros, audio recording devices and tripods; no video recording will be allowed including ipads and tablets
  • Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs


WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN?

Gates open one hour prior to a show's start time unless otherwise stated.


WHAT FOOD AND BEVERAGES DO YOU SERVE?

A wide variety of food options will be available for purchase within the gates, with everything from full meals to tasty snacks. 

Please be aware our vendors will ID for all alcoholic beverage purchases. If you plan to have a drink or two, please bring an acceptable form of ID with you. IDs accepted include: U.S. Driver License, U.S. Territory's Driver License, U.S. State-Issued ID Card, Passport, Passport Card, or U.S. Military ID. 

Alcohol sales will cease 30 minutes prior to the projected end time of the event. No beverage regardless of type will be allowed to exit the venue at the end of the show.


CAN I BRING IN FOOD OR WATER?

No outside food or beverages will be permitted within the gates unless specifically stated for an event.

All guests are welcome to bring in one factory-sealed water bottler per person, no larger than 20oz.


DO YOU ALLOW TAILGATING?

Tailgating is welcome in our parking lots before a show as long as the festivities are contained to your singular parking place.

Parking lots open one hour prior to gates opening.


WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WILL CALL TICKETS?

Will Call tickets will be in the Grand Plaza Box Office, located directly outside the gates of the concert venue.


WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Ticketmaster® is the official ticketing source for Austin360 Amphitheater. Please exercise caution when buying tickets from websites that are not www.ticketmaster.com.

Tickets for events at Austin360 Amphitheater are available for purchase by phone through Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or online at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased on event days at the Grand Plaza Box Office beginning 2 hours before gates open, subject to availability. The Grand Plaza Box Office is located directly outside the main entrance gates.

Additional service charges may apply when purchasing tickets. Refunds and exchanges are NOT allowed after purchase.

For guests with hearing impairments, a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) has been installed by Ticketmaster. For information, and to purchase tickets to Austin360 Amphitheater events, the TDD number to call is 800.755.6244.


HOW EARLY CAN I PICK UP MY WILL CALL TICKETS, OR PURCHASE AT THE BOX OFFICE?

The Grand Plaza Box Office located directly outside the main gates to the amphitheater will open 2 hours before gates open.


MOBILE ENTRY AND MOBILE TICKETS

If you chose eTickets (either print-at-home or mobile) as your delivery method during checkout, here is how to access your tickets on the day of the event:

  • Log into ticketmaster.com using your mobile device, or open the Ticketmaster App on your phone
  • Click on your ticket order that you would like to view
  • Show your mobile device to the ticket taker at the gate

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOST OR DAMAGED MY TICKET?

Please notify the Box Office that your ticket(s) were damaged, lost, stolen, or misplaced prior to your arrival by calling us at 512.301.6600. Tickets can only be printed for the original ticket purchaser, no exceptions. Damaged tickets must be exchanged before new tickets will be reprinted. 


DO YOU ALLOW FOR RE-ENTRY AT EVENTS?

There is no re-entry permitted at any Austin360 Amphitheater event unless explicitly stated on that event's page.


WHAT ARE YOUR TICKETING POLICIES FOR CHILDREN ATTENDING AN EVENT?

Infants and toddlers up to age 2 are admitted free to the H-E-B Lawn without a ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Some exceptions apply for specific children’s performances. Children aged 3 and older must a have ticket.


DO YOU ALLOW THE RESELLING OF TICKETS AT THE VENUE?

No. The reselling of tickets is prohibited at all times anywhere on the grounds of Austin360 Amphitheater, or on any part of Circuit of The Americas' grounds or parking lots.


DO YOU HAVE ATM’S?

Yes. ATM’s are located in the the Grand Plaza near concession stand locations.


WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?

All Austin360 Amphitheater shows are rain or shine. In the event there is severe weather, keep an eye on the amphitheater's social media channels (Twitter or the show's Facebook event page). If there are any changes to the show's planned schedule, it will be posted there. Unless otherwise stated, the event will go on as planned.

If a weather emergency occurs during an event, the venue will notify all guests and direct guests to take steps to minimize risks. Your safety is our priority.


IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized areas that are 15 feet from an entrance or openable window of an enclosed area. No smoking is allowed within the Austin360 Amphitheater's bowl or on the H-E-B Lawn.


WHERE ARE RESTROOMS LOCATED?

Permanent restrooms are located in the Grand Plaza, behind the permanent concessionaire building, and in the Austin360 Amphitheater bowl. Temporary restrooms will be located around the venue.


WHERE IS THE LOST & FOUND?

If an item is lost during an event, please head to the Guest Services tent near the entrance to the venue. On non-event days, please call 512.655.6220 for lost item information.

If you find a lost item, please turn it in to the Guest Services tent located near the main gate.

Items recovered will be held for 30 days, with unclaimed items donated to charity.


HOW SHOULD I GET THERE?

We're happy to announce we've partnered with Waze to help you not just find the best way to get to COTA, but the best route to specific parking lots.

Open the Waze App and enter in the lot you're headed to (ex: "Lot F - COTA"). The best route to that parking lot will appear.

IS THE AMPHITHEATER ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes.

Our venue features accessible and companion seating, along with ADA cart services within the Austin360 Amphitheater gates for any ADA mobility needs. Guests are invited to stop by the Guest Services Tent at the main entrance to request transportation assistance from the entrance gates to a drop-off location near their seats. Shuttle bus service will be available pre- and post-event from the gate to parking lots. If you have specific ADA needs, please visit our Guest Services Tent for further assistance, or give us a call prior to arrival at 512.301.6600.

For patrons with current government issued ADA credentials who require ADA parking, they may park in Lots A, B, C, D, or H provided that space is available. No additional requirement outside of valid ADA credential and availability would be needed to access the ADA parking spot.

Assistance animals are permitted. Each assistance animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If any assistance animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include seating rearrangements or removal of the animal from the facility.

The Austin360 Amphitheater is happy to provide ASL interpreters for concerts upon request. Please contact us prior to ticket purchase so we can accommodate your needs and advise you on the best seating for the show you are attending. Requests need to be made no later than three weeks prior to the concert date. You can request this service by calling us at 512.301.6600 or emailing us at info@austin360amphitheater.com prior to purchasing your tickets.


CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR OR BLANKET?

Chairs with legs 6" or shorter will be allowed within the venue. This height limit will help ensure a great view for all concert-goers sitting on the H-E-B Lawn. Stadium cushions that sit directly on the ground and blankets are welcome inside the gates.


CAN I BRING IN A CAMERA OR VIDEO RECORDER?

Cameras with detachable lenses or attached lenses longer than 3 inches are not allowed within the gates. Permitted cameras must be able to fit in a front shirt pocket. 

Camera policies are dictated by the artist and are subject to change on a show-by-show basis.


IS THERE A CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUESTS?

To ensure that all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, amphitheater management will NOT tolerate the following actions from any guest:

  • Throwing any objects within the amphitheater or the surrounding grounds.
  • Reselling tickets at any time on the grounds of the Austin360 Amphitheater or any part of the Circuit of The Americas grounds or parking lots. The Austin360 Amphitheater is on private property and reserves the right not to allow the resale of concert tickets at any time on the property.
  • Counterfeit tickets are prohibited. Guests attempting to use counterfeit tickets will be refused entry. Patrons assume all risk when purchasing tickets through non-authorized ticket centers.
  • There is NO re-entry to the Austin360 Amphitheater. Some exceptions will be made, but you must have approval from the appropriate gate supervisor.
  • Soliciting or vending of any kind is NOT permitted on the grounds of the Austin360 Amphitheater. This means we do not allow the distribution of fliers, selling of goods, etc., on our grounds unless authorized by the Austin360 Amphitheater management.
  • Smoking is NOT allowed in the reserved seating areas or on the amphitheater lawn. Guests may only smoke in designated areas around the Grand Plaza.
  • Guests displaying evidence of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry.
  • For safety reasons and in compliance with the State Fire Code, standing or dancing in the aisles or on the stairways is NOT permitted.

In the interest of public safety, guests are always subject to a search upon entering the venue. Guests who refuse to be searched may be denied entrance and refunded their ticket purchase price (excluding service charge fees). The Austin360 Amphitheater’s search policy is generally dictated by the type of event and the probability of guests carrying prohibited items into the venue.
