Venue Rules & Regulations

The rules and regulations outlined below are to ensure an exceptional concert experience for everyone visiting us here at the Austin360 Amphitheater. 

 
PERSONAL CONDUCT
  • Be considerate – this is a shared space and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. 
  • Harassment of any kind toward fellow guests and staff will not be tolerated.
  • Wristbands and other credentials are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-REPLACEABLE. Do NOT stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations (passing) of counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Venue Staff.
  • Misuse of tickets, wristbands, and other credentials will be seized by staff and will not be replaced. Those misusing tickets, wristbands, and/or other credentials are subject to ejection without a refund. 
  • The resale of Austin360 Amphitheater admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the property, which includes the facility’s grounds and surrounding parking areas.
  • Soliciting or vending is not permitted on Pavilion grounds unless previously authorized by Pavilion management.
  • Smoking, including Vapes and E-Cigs, is not permitted on the floor, in reserved seats, on the H-E-B Lawn, or in the picnic and concessions areas. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the bowl in the Grand Plaza and the upper lid behind the stage near the bathrooms. Please see venue staff for directions.
  • Guests who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry.
  • Guests are permitted to stand and dance in front of their seat. Standing ON seats is not allowed.
  • Standing or dancing in the aisles is not permitted. (Places of Assembly in the State of Texas, Article 25, Section 25.107)
  • Guests (including children) are not allowed to sit or stand on the shoulders of another guest.
  • No throwing objects of any kind.
  • Flying drones on or over the property is not permitted at any time.
 
SECURITY & SCREENING

Upon entering the venue, all patrons will be subject to the same security screening process which includes walk-through metal detectors, hand wands, and, in some cases, pat downs. In addition, all bags, purses, blankets, and personal items are subject to inspection. Please prepare accordingly; remove hats, jackets, and sunglasses and empty pockets of cell phones, keys, wallets, and other items prior to entering the metal detectors.

Ticket-holders should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items left at the venue entrances. We encourage you to leave all banned items at home or in your vehicle before entering the venue. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring banned items through security checkpoints are subject to removal from the facility without a refund.

 
EXIT & RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is not permitted once leaving the gates. 

 
BAG POLICY

All bags will be thoroughly searched. To speed up entry, leave your bags at home and take advantage of our Bag-Free Express Lanes.

ALLOWED

  • Clutches, small totes, fanny packs, drawstring bags, and clear zip-lock plastic bags
  • Families with young children may bring in one small diaper bag, if needed
  • Bags 8.5” x 11” x 5” with no more than one singular pocket or opening
  • Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir

NOT ALLOWED

  • Bags or purses larger than 8.5" x 11” x 5"
  • Bags or purses smaller than 8.5" x 11" x 5" with more than one pocket or opening
  • Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets of any kind
  • Camera bags
  • Blanket Totes (blankets that fold into a bag)
  • Patterned or colored plastic zip-lock bags
 
PERMITTED ITEMS

Permitted items are subject to change on a per-show basis, as dictated by artist or promoter. Please keep an eye on Austin360 Amphitheater's Twitter and Facebook page for any specific show updates the day before or of the show.

  • Small purses, clutches, totes, fanny packs, and draw string bags no larger than 8.5” x 11” x 5” with no more than one pocket or opening
  • Small blankets measuring no more than 60” x 30” (standard beach towel size)
  • Blankets my not be used to save space and cannot cover more ground area than what is reasonable for single-personal use
    • Please always be respectful of your neighbors
    • Some shows may not permit blankets
  • Stadium cushions and lawn chairs with legs under 6" permitted (unless otherwise stated on social media)
  • Umbrellas 
    • Small personal umbrellas not to exceed 41” diameter when open
    • No large, golf, or cane umbrellas
    • No sharp-tipped umbrellas
    • Umbrellas may not be opened on the floor, in your seat, or on the H-E-B Lawn
  • Empty reusable, collapsible water bottles and cups
  • One factory-sealed water bottle per guest, no larger than 20 oz
  • Baby strollers are allowed in the Grand Plaza and concessions areas only
    • They are not allowed on the floor, in the reserved seating sections, or on the H-E-B Lawn, and cannot be stored in the aisles.
  • Personal cameras that can fit in a front shirt pocket (e.g. point-and-click digital cameras or film cameras)
  • Handheld, personal fan misters (must be empty upon entering the venue)
  • Binoculars
  • Prescription Medicine Requirements:
    • Anyone needing prescription medicine at the concert must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at the entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
    • Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
    • Over-the-counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates.
    • Outside food and drink is not allowed inside venue gates. However, if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. You will be asked to present your doctor’s note to security upon entry to the venue.
    • A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent.
 
PROHIBITED ITEMS

Additions and changes to the prohibited items list may be dictated by the artist on a per-show basis. Please reference the “Welcome to the Show Email” sent to all Ticketmaster ticket buyers or social media posts for important updates prior to arriving at the venue.

  • Weapons of any kind including but not limited to guns, knives, explosives, brass knuckles, Tasers, mace, or pepper spray
    • Note: while it is legal, with a permit, to open carry or carry a concealed handgun in Texas, we do not allow guns in our facility
  • Animals; except for certified service animals as dictated by the U.S. Department of Justice guidelines 
  • Alcohol
  • Outside food or beverages (Reusable, collapsible water bottles and cups are allowed but must be empty upon entering the venue)
  • Illegal and illicit substances or drug paraphilia
  • E-liquid or Vape Juice
  • Prescription Medications not in a pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name. All prescription medications will be reviewed by medical staff at the entrance.
  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, bug spray, sunscreen, spray paint, etc.)
  • Audio and video recording equipment, including iPads, Go-Pros and drones
  • Cameras with detachable lens - cameras must be able to fit in front shirt pocket (Note: Camera policies are dictated by the artist and are subject to change on a show-by-show basis)
  • Selfie sticks or tri-pods 
  • Laptops and tablets
  • Bags or purses larger than 8.5" x 11” x 5"
  • Bags or purses smaller than 8.5" x 11" x 5" with more than one pocket or opening
  • Backpacks or bags with multiple pockets of any kind
  • Camera bags
  • Blanket bags
  • Patterned or colored plastic zip-lock bags
  • Large Blankets measuring more than 60” x 30” 
  • Large Umbrellas
    • Only small personal umbrellas are allowed and may not exceed 41” diameter when open
    • No large, golf, or cane umbrellas
    • No sharp points
    • Umbrellas may not be opened on the floor, in your seat, or on the H-E-B Lawn
  • Tents, sun shades, or tarps
  • Chairs with legs higher than 6"
  • Inflatables (furniture, balloons, balls, etc.)
  • Glass or metal containers of any kind
  • Face masks
  • Chain Wallets
  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, and other explosives
  • Ice chests, coolers, and thermoses
  • Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (balls, frisbees, projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, noisemakers, etc.)
  • Confetti, glitter, silly-string, balloons, glow sticks, or other projectiles
  • Stickers, paint pens, or markers
  • Signs on posts
  • Flags and banners
  • Strollers are allowed in the Grand Plaza and concessions areas but they are not allowed on the floor, in reserved seating, or on the H-E-B Lawn
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, golf carts, or other unauthorized means of transportation
  • Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material
